I hold a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and Happiness Studies, and my work focuses on the science of human flourishing. My work brings together positive psychology, emotional resilience, heart coherence, and human connection to help people live, lead, and thrive more fully.
I believe success means very little when it costs us our peace. My mission is to help individuals and organizations create a life and leadership style rooted in well-being, meaning, and inner alignment.
